The Full Story
About Naël By Amanda Kerr
Born and raised in South Florida, my love for fashion sparked at a young age while watching the show That's So Raven. As many may know, the main character was a teenage fashion designer, designing alongside one of the biggest names in fashion and 6 year old me was absolutely HOOKED! Before that I wanted to be a dentist (that dream clearly did not stick for very long haha). The creativity and individuality on screen inspired me to pursue a path that blended style and self-expression. In 8th grade, I took my first sewing class at Joann's Fabrics and Crafts with my mom, and from that moment, my passion for fashion only grew.
I continued to nurture this passion through high school, where I took fashion design classes for two years and pattern making night classes. My journey then led me to Miami Fashion Institute at Miami Dade College, where I earned my associate's degree in fashion design. Now, I’m expanding my knowledge and skills at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) as I work toward my bachelor’s degree in fashion.
Through my brand, Naël, I am bringing my lifelong passion to life—creating pieces that embody confidence, style, and a love for fashion that has been with me since day one.

Mission
With Naël, my goal is to use my creativity to empower and include everyone who wears these designs. With a strong belief in offering not just clothes, but an experience—one that celebrates individuality and confidence. Through high-quality craftsmanship and a slow fashion approach, I aim to create pieces that are as thoughtful and enduring as they are stylish!

Vision
My vision at Naël is to redefine the way people experience fashion—one that is inclusive, empowering, and sustainable. Striving to become a leader in the slow fashion movement, creating timeless, high-quality pieces that encourage people to embrace their unique style. The goal is to inspire a shift toward mindful consumption, where fashion is not just worn but cherished for years to come!
